She seems to be a popular topic around here recently.

I find graffiti interesting, it a direct manifestation of the imprint of the public will on the built environment. People interact with the places they have built, the environment reacts back to both. Rain pouring down, sweeping both intervention and occupant back off the streets. It is an interesting symbiosis.

"What exactly is it that the Vice President even does?"

Nice shot, I loved your description. To me, this shows the conflict I see in people between feeling hopeless as to who will be placed in positions of power, and their desperate attempts to promote or obscure a candidate based on their feelings.

Yes, that is what a lot of politics is all about. People see a change that they believe is right/necessary/mandated-by-god and then they do everything in their power to convince everyone else why they are right.

It is quite a messy system when everyone has control, because then really no one has control at all.

some people seem to like her a lot. that is the problem with politics. what may seem terribly obvious to one person is utterly false to another. it is why nobody can agree on anything.

Your right. I try to understand conservative opinions but they seem so un-enlightened to me. Although I see myself as a politically correct person - political correctness is so stupid in turn, because it changes to suit the powers at be. If that makes any sense.
Ahh democracy is a strange thing.

Heh, I find it funny how opinionated you are about American politics when you live in Australia. It just shows how global the world political system really is. Everything has an effect on everything else.
